INTERACT 2015, The 15th IFIP TC.13 International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction
14-18 September 2015 in Bamberg, Germany

Call for Open Space Sessions:
Submission system:
Submission deadline for Open Space Sessions: 27 March 2015

Open Space Sessions allow conference attendees who share similar interests to meet for the duration of one session (i.e., 90 minutes) of *facilitated interactive discussion*, in a *workshop* or *panel* style in meeting rooms.

INTERACT 2015 provides meeting space and advertises Open Spaces to the rest of the conference in the Conference Programme and on the Conference Website. The organisers of Open Space Sessions are free to hold their sessions in a speakerís corner style in a public area or in a workshop style in meeting rooms.

=============== Submission for Open Space Sessions ===============

Upload submissions in PDF format by 27 March 2015, using the conference submission system. Submissions should be formatted according to the adjunct conference proceedings format.

A submission consists of an extended abstract of maximum two pages plus a one page description with the following information:

- Interest and relevance of the Open Space Session to INTERACT 2015
- Assumed attendee background
- Style (i.e., discussion, workshop, panel, speakerís corner)
- Informal list of topics and time allocated to each topic (roughly)
- Name and affiliation of primary contact person

The description of accepted Open Space Session discussions will be published in the official adjunct conference proceedings at the University of Bamberg Press.

Submissions for Open Space Session discussions are NOT anonymous, but will be peer-reviewed, and acceptance will be based on the relevance of the topic to the INTERACT 2015 programme, its relevance and importance for the INTERACT community as well as the plan for stimulating attendee interest and participation.
