There are 220 delegates from 18 countries now attending the

2015 British Human Computer Interaction Conference which

takes place in historic Lincoln next week, from 13th-17th July.

There is still chance to register and attend. The program includes:-

- 35 main track papers from international researchers on

a diverse range of topics including digital democracy, health

and wellbeing, reflection, mobile interfaces, privacy and games.

- Thought-provoking, cross-disciplinary talks from Chris

    Csikszentmihalyi, Katrín Jakobsdóttir, Cristina Leston-Bandeira

and Julian Assange, who will challenge us to consider how

interactive digital technology constantly shapes our lives and

our relationships with each other, as well as those in authority.

- Panels on “HCI & the REF” (with UoA panel members from

REF2014), “human data interaction” and “HCI, politics and

   activism”.

- Special sessions covering EPSRC & ESRC funding (with

attendance from programme managers), discussion on UK SIGCHI

chapter, and the birth of the “ctrl-alt-HCI” unconference.

- Poster presentations of works-in-progress, a digital

Interactions gallery, as well as 10 workshops, a "Hacking the Magna

Carta" hack event and a 50 strong doctoral networking day.

- And … way more social events than can possibly be good for you.
