We solicit Tutorials, Workshops, Panels, and Posters for IEEE VIS 2016 in
Baltimore, MD.

===============
Tutorials:
===============
Submission deadline: April 30, 2016

Tutorials are intended to cover a wide selection of topics related to
visualization and provide background on techniques, tools and application
domains relevant for visualization. Submissions consist of a three page
outline of your proposed tutorial.

Workshops
===============
Submission deadline: April 30, 2016

We solicit workshops related to all areas of visualization including
information visualization and visual analytics. The workshops venue at IEEE
VIS provides an informal setting for participants to discuss advanced
technical topics in visualization, involve experts in the field,
disseminate work in progress, and promote new ideas. Submissions consist of
a four page outline of your proposed workshop.

For details, visit
http://ieeevis.org/year/2016/info/call-participation/workshops

Panels
===============
Submission deadline: June 15, 2016

Panels address important and/or controversial applications and issues in
visualization today. In particular, we invite topics in connection with
interesting application fields. Panels bringing together potential users of
visualization technology (e.g., practitioners and industry professionals)
and leading researchers, or panels consisting of experts in fields that
might teach us important concepts (e.g., perceptual psychology, visual
design, color theory, user-interface design) are welcome.

For details, visit

Posters:
===============
Submission deadline: June 24, 2016

The poster program offers a timely venue to present and discuss new
visualization research through a forum that encourages graphical
presentation, demonstration and active engagement with IEEE VIS
participants. Submissions consist of a two-page summary of your work.
Interactive poster sessions will provide a forum for presenting your work
and discussing new ideas with your peers. Live demos and videos are
encouraged. Posters will be displayed throughout IEEE VIS and the summary
will be published in the electronic conference proceedings.
