hi All,

What is the best practice for putting a link to the same information twice
on a home page-- and each second level page? For example, putting 'Contact
Us' at the top upper right, and also in the first level navigation? Is this
confusing to users? All other links on the page appear once.

Thanks, I will summarize for list.

Mary Keitelman
