technical notes to the Fifth International Conference on Ubiquitous
Computing (UbiComp 2003) is 17:00 PST, Friday, April 18, 2003.  The
committee would like to stress that this is a firm deadline: no
extensions will be granted.

UbiComp 2003 is only accepting online submissions, and all papers and
technical notes must be submitted through the following web pages:

Both of these online submission sites are now available.

The conference requires that all Paper and TechNote submissions be
