Scheduling and Network Design are NP-hard optimization problems so they
cannot usually be solved by exact approaches. Therefore, significant
research attention has been attracted on exploring techniques in
Computational Intelligence for solving these problems (including
evolutionary computation, neural networks, swarm intelligence, fuzzy logic,
and their hybridisations with classic integer programming techniques like
branch and bound, branch and pricing, etc.). This special session aims to
explore recent advances and bring together researchers and scientists from
academia and industry that work in this exciting field to present and
discuss their latest research results.

***Important Dates***
Submission deadline: May 30, 2019
Acceptance notification: June 30, 2019
Registration and camera-ready version: July 30, 2019
