Conference on Service-Oriented Computing (ICSOC) is the premier 
international forum for academics, industry researchers, developers, and 
practitioners to report and share groundbreaking work in 
service-oriented computing. ICSOC fosters cross-community scientific 
excellence by gathering experts from various disciplines, such as 
business-process management, distributed systems, computer networks, 
wireless and mobile computing, cloud computing, cyber-physical systems, 
networking, scientific workflows, services science, data science, 
management science, and software engineering. Around 40 contributions 
have been selected as research and industrial papers, as well as, panel, 
demonstrations, posters and Ph.D. Symposium. The conference program is

top-level keynotes about different bleeding-edge topics like blockchains 
and artificial intelligence in software engineering. The keynote talks

    infrastructure, from physical servers to containers and beyond, what
    is the next breakthrough?
  * Pr. Ivica Crnkovic, Chalmers University, Gothenburg, Sweden:
    Developing AI Systems: New challenges for Software Engineering

In addition to the conference, there are five workshops that will be 
held during the first day of the event. The workshops focus on new 
trends in the area and their related scope range from blockchain to
