*Guidelines for Full Paper Submissions*

We invite research papers across the wide spectrum of Information and Communication Technologies in Travel and Tourism to be presented at the ENTER2020 conference. *Full papers* should be innovative, so to advance the knowledge-base of eTourism research. These papers present *major contributions to the field*. Papers should clearly state the background, introduction, purpose, theory, methodology, results, conclusions, and be fully referenced with appropriate citations. The authors of accepted full papers will have the opportunity to present their research orally at ENTER2020. An award for the best full papers will be presented during the conference.

All accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by Springer International Publishing (https://www.springer.com/us/book/9783030059392). Full paper submissions should be prepared in Word or LaTeX according to the Springer proceedings guidelines (https://www.springer.com/gb/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines). The paper length should be *up to 12 pages*.

All submissions to the research track are rigorously evaluated for novelty, significance, and soundness. The *peer review process is double-blind*; all submissions must not include information identifying the authors or their affiliations. All submissions and reviews will be handled electronically through the EasyChair submission site: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=enter2020.

*Guidelines for Research Notes, Demo Papers and LBR*

*Research notes* present *highly promising findings* not developed enough at the scale of a full paper. The evaluation of research notes will be based on originality and (potential) importance rather than maturity or completed evaluation. Research notes will be presented orally at the conference. However, the presentation time will be shorter as compared to full paper presentations. An award for the best research note will be presented during the conference.

*Demonstrations (Demos)* showcase *research prototypes or commercial systems* in a demo session. Demo papers must be based on an implemented system that has some innovative aspect. The demo paper should contain a description of the system including a discussion of its purpose and contribution. It may include citations to any publications that support the work.

*Late-Breaking Results (LBR)* are research-in-progress papers that must contain *original and unpublished research ideas and preliminary results* that are relevant to this Call for Papers. In addition, papers introducing recently started research projects or summarizing project results are also welcome. LBR papers will be presented in a poster session together with the demos.

All accepted research notes, demo papers and LBR papers will be published in the e-Review of Tourism Research (eRTR) (http://ertr.tamu.edu/). They must be written in English and should be prepared in a Word document according to the eRTR formatting guidelines (http://enter2020.ifitt.org/guidelines-ertr/). *Research notes* should overall comprise *between 2500 and 4000 words*; *demo papers and LBR* should overall comprise *approximately 1500 words*.

All research notes, demo papers and LBR are evaluated in a *single-blind peer review process*: all submissions should include information identifying the authors or their affiliations.
