Overview:
This Special Issue is dedicated on recent advancements on Parallel and
Distributed Algorithms. The key target audience will be the best papers
accepted for the parallel and distributed algorithms track of 17th
International Conference on Algorithms and Architectures for Parallel
Processing (ICA3PP-2017), however other submissions are welcomed.

Possible topics include:
 - Resource management
 - Parallel and Distributed Algorithms
 - High-performance Scientific Computing
 - Scheduling algorithms for HPC and Cloud computing
 - Reliability and Fault-tolerant Algorithms
 - Energy efficient algorithms
