18th International Conference On Smart Living and Public Health
"The Digital Technologies Impact on Public Health in Developed and
Developing Countries"
24 - 26 June 2020, Hammamet, Tunisia

This year we are organizing the 18th edition of the International
Conference On Smart Living and Public Health (ICOST), which will be held
for the first time in the African continent, in Hammamet, Tunisia.

The conference will be organized by the Digital Research Center of Sfax,
Tunisia, Institut Mines-Telecom, Paris, France, and the Laboratory on
Development and Control of Distributed Applications (ReDCAD), Tunisia . Our
theme for this year will be "The Digital Technologies Impact on Public The
Digital Technologies Impact on Public Health in Developed and Developing
Countries."

ICOST provides a premier venue for the presentation and discussion of
research in the design, development, deployment and evaluation of
Artificial intelligence for health, Smart Urban Environments, Assistive
Technologies, Chronic Disease Management, Coaching and Health Telematics
systems.

The conference features a dynamic program incorporating a range of
technical, clinical, and industrial related keynote speakers, plenary oral
sessions, and poster presentations along with prototypes demonstrations and
technical exhibits.

*Special fees will be applied for accepted papers submitted from
universities and academic institutions from Economically Developing
Countries.*

## Important Dates ##

- Full Papers Submission: 10 February 2020
- Papers Acceptance Notification: 23 March 2020
- Camera-Ready and Registration: 6 April 2020
- Conference: 24 - 26 June 2020

ICOST 2020 is especially interested in receiving submissions focused on
technologies, humanities and social sciences, clinical, and public health
for an enhanced Well-being and Health for all nations.

## Papers Submission ##

Submitted papers shall not exceed 12 pages and must follow the guidelines
found on the conference website:

Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF and Word/Latex format at the

Submitted papers will be blind reviewed by an international committee
bringing together a multidisciplinary experts' renown worldwide in
different fields of research (Engineering, clinical, public health,
humanities and social sciences, etc.).

## Publication ##

ICOST Volumes are published by Springer as part of the Lecture Notes in
Computer Science (LNCS) series which are indexed by the EI Engineering Index
(Compendex and Inspec databases), Scopus and ISI Conference Proceedings
Citation Index - Science (CPCI-S), included in ISI

Accepted papers will be published by Springer in Open Access. Selected
papers will be invited to submit extended version to be published in a
Special Issue of Sensors-MDPI Open-Access Journal (Impact Factor 3.031).
