ECCE 2019 - 31st European Conference on Cognitive Ergonomics

Call for participation

Now that the programme for ECCE-2019 is finalised (http://bit.ly/ECCE-Prog), we want to send an update on preparations for one of Europe's most focused events on human factors and cognitive ergonomics. ECCE has always promoted space and time for exposition and discussion on new ideas, reinforced this year with a special theme of 'design for cognition'. The conference is single-track and is specifically designed to encourage cross-fertilisations of idea from young to old, from designer to programmer, between academia and industry as well as between disciplines.

ECCE 2019, in Belfast for the first time, takes full advantage of the Northern Ireland appetite for socialising by providing inclusive entertainment highlighting the best in our folk music tradition, as well as the best in local food for each evening of the conference. This lets everyone continue their discussions from the conference itself into the evening...

The conference takes place 10-13 September 2019. Early bird registration has ended but please visit http://ecce2019.eace.net and follow the links to register online to sign up to a unique blend of work+social in the city.

Some hotel rooms at a discounted rate of £79 per room inc breakfast at the Ramada by Wyndham hotel may still be available. Rooms have to be booked directly with the hotel's reservations team to avail of the discount - email [log in to unmask] and quote ‘ECCE 2019’. Other hotels are available and information on Belfast and hotels can be browsed here: https://visitbelfast.com/

Conference Chairs: Prof Maurice Mulvenna, Dr Raymond Bond
