==== DEADLINE EXTENSION for ECSCW 2020 EXPLORATORY PAPERS Submission ====
ECSCW 2020: The 18th European Conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work
The International Venue on Practice-centred Computing and the Design of Cooperation Technologies
Siegen, Germany, 13-17 June, 2020
Website: https://ecscw.eusset.eu/2020/ <https://ecscw.eusset.eu/2020/>

==========================
Exploratory papers:
Exploratory papers set themselves apart from full papers and notes by moving beyond the conventional genre of a research paper as a way of inspiring discussion aimed at shaping the future of practice-focused CSCW research. As such, presentation of these papers at the conference will utilize an alternative format such as Pecha Kucha or interactive panel (final format yet to be determined) to encourage conversation and feedback.
The exploratory papers track at ECSCW 2020 encourages the submission of work that highlights:
small, focused studies
critical literature reviews
early, exploratory work
design probes (or the like)
initial theoretical contributions based on empirical studies
and/or provocative ideas
Important: If you have any questions regarding the appropriateness of your work as an exploratory paper, please do not hesitate to contact the EP Chairs. It may also be helpful to consult the description for Notes <https://ecscw.eusset.eu/2020/index.php/notes/> (https://ecscw.eusset.eu/2020/index.php/notes/).
The submissions for exploratory papers should be related to the main topics of interest of ECSCW 2020 (https://ecscw.eusset.eu/2020/).
Submission information:
While the length of an exploratory paper is flexible, we suggest that authors aim for 6,000-10,000 words excluding references.
Papers should be submitted to EasyChair using the exploratory papers template: https://ecscw.eusset.eu/2020/index.php/exploratory-papers/
Exploratory papers are single-blind reviewed by the ECSCW program committee; therefore, submissions should not be anonymized. One round of peer review will lead to an accept or reject decision with no opportunity for revision and resubmission.
Publication and Copyright information:
All accepted submissions will be published as short papers in the European Society for Embedded Technologies (EUSSET) digital library (http://www.eusset.eu/digital-library).
