Doctoral Colloquium at ACM GROUP 2020 (Extended deadline: September 18)

Hi everyone, there is still time to submit a 4-page description of your PhD project with a recommendation letter from your supervisor to [log in to unmask]

————

The Doctoral Colloquium provides a forum for sharing ongoing PhD projects of participants with other advanced PhD students and distinguished faculty for mentoring and feedback. Space is limited, so an application of up to four pages is required, in the ACM CHI Extended Abstract format (available at http://prior.sigchi.org/publications/chipubform/sigchi-extended-abstracts-format-2016/view).

As you already know, the DC is best for people who are in the early to mid-stages of their dissertation. The standard DC app for Group/CHI/CSCW is pretty much the same - most of it should be about the thesis project with some at the end about how the DC could help the student. And a recommendation letter from your supervisor is also needed. Please contact the DC co-chairs at [log in to unmask]

Doctoral Colloquium Applications Deadline: September 18th, 2019
Doctoral Colloquium Decisions Announced: October 2nd, 2019

Don't miss the DC and the conference in January!
