Dear Friends,

I have sad news to share with you today.
Jurek Czyzowicz passed away on November 13.
He lost a long battle with cancer.

Jurek was an active member of the PODC/DISC and SIROCCO communities.
He was a colleague in my department at the Université du Québec en Outaouais,
my frequent collaborator and a dear friend for almost 40 years.
