Perhaps you should air on the side of caution.

I'd go for an active name: Index_Ada (note use of underlines for
readability, use IndexAda if you must).

If you prefer a noun form:
  Ada_Index, Ada_Dex, Ada_Tent, Ada_Map
  (or  AdaIndex, AdaDex, AdaTent, AdaMap)

Or, to appeal to first-year Ada programmers:

  Program_That_Builds_Tables_Of_Contents_For_Ada_Libraries

I personally like Ada_Map.  It "maps out" the library for you.
