Thanks for all the help. I agree there is no reason Ada
isn't the best choice for problems of this sort, or
for that matter - any problems.  And I will carry on
in my journey.  (It would help to get more support
for FreeBSD - as this OS is popular with web-server
houses.)

Actually turns out there is a perlxstut capability
that is similar to message descriptions, like IDL,
to define the coupling between the embedded language (eg. C, Ada, C++)
with the outside - embedded perl or PHP.
Possibly another great use of an ASIS enabled tool?
