First reaction:

"Eric" noted that there may be an added clause for DoD programming
languages that will require standards.  Apart from Ada, does this mean
that validation of compilers will be required for these languages?

To whom should such a question be addressed?  (There is no address for
"Eric", so far as I can see.)
