IMHO, there seems to be a contradiction between ICD and inheritance, where
   the "C" in ICD means control in the CM sense (i.e. a finite interface
   definition).

   Further, the latest commercial and military standards for documenting
   software interface requirements are now documented in an Interface
   Requirements Specification and for the designed interfaces in an Interface
   Design Description (IDD) [ref. EIA/IEEE-IS-J016 or MIL-STD-498].

Hi All,

Does anybody know of a good example of a Software-to-Software Interface Control
Document (SW-SW ICD) which includes "inheritance type" interfaces?
