The October 1996 issue is now accessible for everyone.

An additional element from today on the Bulletin site is articles
collected by subject.

The online Bulletin is a 2 year experiment. This is issue 5 of 8.  Is
an online Bulletin valuable? Should we continue after 1997? Please
take the time to fill in the feedback form on the SIGCHI page so we
