esp Motives, a Malaysian company focusing in research and development
of embedded real time software/system, is seeking highly calibered,
independent, creative, self-motivated, technical competence
programmers/software engineers with the following knowledge to join
the company research and development projects.

He/She:

          MUST HAVE knowledge and experience in Ada95. Proficiency in
          parallelism and distributed processing will be a GREAT
          advantage.

          Knowledge and experience in OMT is a MUST. Knowledge in
          Booch, UML and FUSION will be an added advantage.

          Knowledge in pattern recognition, neural net, memory
          management (DMA), segmentation, pagination, and protection
          will be of added advantage.

          Knowledge and working experience with OpenGL under DEC ALPHA,
          Solaris or Silicon Graphics will be a PLUS-PLUS!

          Knowledge in assembler and C++, although not essential, but
          will be extra.


Our development environment:

          Sun Ultra running Solaris 2.5

          Dec ALPHA running Digital UNIX.

          Pentiums running Window NT and 95.


Malaysians must be able to obtain security clearance. Malaysians abroad
are welcome home.

Foreign programmers/software engineers are also encouraged to apply.
