By way of comment, in 1992, '93 & '94 I checked the two major technology
bookshops in Perth looking for Ada books (out of prurient interest, of
course ;). In each year the count was _zero_. In each year the store
management (1) didn't know what I was talking about and (2) benevolently
treated me as mildly brain-damaged when I told them that ECU was using Ada
as it's primary teaching language and that, therefore, it might be an idea
to carry some titles.
Rick, I don't think the pulse has changed much - but at least we're still
breathing :)
