It's half an hour later, and I had no trouble connecting.

The site is hosted (I think) and maintained (I'm sure) by IITRI, under
contract to the ARA.

I'd suggest sending complaints to the ARA, though Tucker might perform
violence on my
person for this suggestion.

Apropos of an earlier exchange on this list about problems reaching
the AdaIC Web site, I cannot reach it now -- neither from this location
in Alabama, nor from another site in Utah, into which I telnetted.

I don't know who is hosting the site, but it does seem to be intermittently
unavailable.
