Just check out http://communities.msn.com/ and enter one of the communities
and read
the online help to see.

The list of what a community offers is very long, and a lot of people see
that
(which is part of the reason why there are thousands of communities now).

Is this by itself worth moving from UNIX to Windows 2000?  I'd say NO.
There are lots
of other reasons to make a move like that, depending on the domain in which
you work.
Likewise, there are also lots of reasons to stay with UNIX, again depending
on the domain.
In my world/domain, I'd be foolish not to go to Microsoft.  I have a trip
report from
the Microsoft Tech-Ed 2000 conference which I plan on releasing as soon as
Microsoft
Legal clears it.  I just got an email from them, and I hope the release will
be soon.

of those Unix users that MS is trying to shut out of the Internet.)
