Very interesting web page.  With the proliferation of networking and commercial
off-the-shelf software with it's (lack of) reliability it may in the future be
possible to use information warfare to disable an entire fleet at one time.  (Can
you say sitting ducks?)  And all apparently because of political pressure and
attempts to save money!
