If you notice the caption on the certificate, it only says:

"AGUSTA ADA BYRON - PIONEER IN COMPUTER PROGRAMMING"

Nothing about using Ada to develop Windows 95.  As a matter of fact,
from the number of bugs and the poor quality of the software smacks
of hacked together C++.
