A new release of the PragmARCs is now available at

http://home.earthlink.net/~jrcarter010/pragmarc.htm

Hopefully the mirror at www.adapower.com will be updated soon.

This release includes the long-awaited (almost) universal
date-formatting functions in PragmARC.Date_Handler. If you want to
format dates or times using Standard.Character and cannot achieve the
desired format using these functions, we'd like to hear about it.

This release also includes minor improvements to a number of components.
See readme.txt for complete information.
