Well, although I now work for a competitor (ACT), I still think OA is a good
product, and I'm delighted to hear that a die-hard like Greg is the product
manager.

As far as the other part goes, all I can say is that these guys who shut
down Burlington had no clue whatsoever as to who they were laying off (Ben
Brosgol, for Chrissake!).  But that's the typical corporate dopedom we have
all (hopefully) come to despise.

Anyway, for me, it was time for a change anyway.
