Research Fair of the Integrated Media Systems Center (IMSC) on the nearby
USC campus--Tuesday, August 10, 1999, 4-7 p.m.

IMSC is on the USC campus just down the street (the campus starts at
Figueroa Street and Jefferson Boulevard) from this year's SIGGRAPH at the
L.A. Convention Center.

It will be easy for SIGGRAPH Tuesday film show attendees to get here--Take
the SIGGRAPH bus to Tuesday's film showing (Electronic Theater) at the
Shrine Auditorium, and you'll find us within easy walking distance from the
Shrine. Join us after the matinee (which ends at 4 p.m.), or come by before
the 7 p.m. showing. Parking is available for those driving the short
distance from the convention center.

The Shrine is at 665 W. Jefferson Blvd., which is one block west of
Figueroa, and the USC campus runs along Jefferson, right across from the
Shrine. If you're walking from the Shrine Auditorium, go in Gate 4 across
Jefferson to W. 34th Street on campus. Turn right on W. 34th Street. Go
down W. 34th Street and turn left onto the walkway just past the George
Lucas Instructional Building (Cinema-Television). Go straight down this
walkway, which becomes Watt Way. Go into Powell Hall at the corner of Watt
Way and W. 37th Place. Your first stop will be one of IMSC's major
laboratories in Room 108 in Powell Hall.

If you're driving, head south from the Convention Center down Figueroa for
about 2 miles, turn right (or west) on Exposition and go in Gate 1 at Watt
Way. You'll be directed to Parking Structure A. You can also drive onto the
campus at Gate 5 or Gate 6.

Our flyer and map are available as PDF files on our Web site at

Hope to see you here!
