Longitudinal Light: How to do longitudinal research and keep your day job

Twyla Campbell, Katy Nandagopal, Katrina Noelle

You dream of doing longitudinal research. You know that understanding your users over a long period of time will help your team make better products. You know that your team won’t let you disappear for a few months for a project. You know you need to show that you can run a longitudinal study while keeping up with your other projects as well.
Fear not — your dreams can come true!

Our guest speakers have conducted longitudinal studies in ways that allowed them to keep up with their daily research workload. They'll share their secrets about conducting Longitudinal Light Studies to help get rich, insightful, longitudinal data from users while still managing your daily research workload.

Kaari Peterson, Director of User Research at Chegg, Inc. will be moderating the panel that includes:

* Twyla Campbell, PhD - Sr. UX Research - Chegg, Inc.
* Katy Nandagopal, PhD - UX Researcher - Adecco at Google
* Katrina Noelle - President, Know Research
