Topic: Beyond ROI: UCD as a Catalyst for Change
Presenters: Anita Salem and Cynthia King, SalemSystems Inc.

Abstract

Anita and Cindy will present the results from a workshop they and
others conducted at UPA 2007. In the workshop, experienced
practitioners came together to look at how a richer understanding of
change can help usability professionals create more sustainable
user-centric organizations. In this talk, the presenters will provide
a framework for exploring organizational change, present the findings
from the workshop, and with the audience, expand upon the concepts
that arose.
