Which Side Are You On? Building Harmonious Relationships Between Consumer Insights and User Research Groups
Wilson Chan, Julie Norvaisis, Ilana Westerman, Kassie Chaney

What does it take for User Research and Consumer Insights groups to work together effectively? What special considerations should you make when planning and executing your research? What's the best way to educate product teams about the nuances between these two research disciplines?

Join us for a live panel discussion about what it really takes to effectively leverage marketing and user research disciplines to provide a more robust base of insights and help organizations build products/services that people love.

All of our panelists have held positions in User Experience Research and Consumer Insights/Marketing Research. They'll share case studies and personal tips and tricks about building and maintaining healthy relationships between the two research disciplines.
