We have a fully funded PhD position at at the Institute for Design and Assessment of Technologies, Human-Computer Interaction group, TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology), Austria.
The selected candidate will work on the "Social Play Technologies for Autistic Children" project, in which we aim to co-design technologies that support play activities in mixed groups, i.e. autistic and non-autistic children between 6 and 8 years old. We are looking for people with a strong interest or first experience in (participatory/interface/product) design, working with children and making things (digital prototyping).
Key facts:
- 2.5 years fixed contract
- Starting September 2017 (flexible)
- Fluent in German and English
