Oce Technologies and the European Symposium on Ambient Intelligence 2004

have organised a student competition:

Opportunities for future researchers to influence the future of peoples'

life grow parallel to the growth of technological complexity. Oce
empowers students to think about the future of office, as it will become

their office too.

Teams of students with various backgrounds are invited to describe their

vision of the future-office by practicing techniques like scenario
writing and video prototyping. The challenge is to design a future
scenario for office, which should be described in a short text and
turned into a video presentation.

Winning teams are awarded with money and the opportunity to present
their work at the European Symposium on Ambient Intelligence 2004 (EUSAI

'04) and to publish it in the Adjunct Proceedings of the event, that
will be published by the ACM Digital Library.

More information about this competition can be found on
http://oce.competition.com.
