OzCHI 2018 – Call for papers

Australian Computer-Human Interaction Conference

Melbourne 5-7 December 2018

http://www.ozchi.org/2018/

________________________________________________________________________________________________

We invite original contributions on all topics related to Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design and the design and use of interactive technologies. Submissions are now invited for long papers and short papers. Calls for workshop proposals, demos, and the doctoral consortium will follow.

In 2018, we are introducing a new submission category: conceptual papers. These will be the same length as long papers, and subject to the same deadlines. We welcome submissions from all disciplines and from both academia and industry. See the Call for Papers<http://www.ozchi.org/2018/callpapers.html> page for more information.

OzCHI is Australia's leading forum for the latest in Human-Computer Interaction research and practice. OzCHI attracts a broad international community of researchers, industry practitioners, academics and students. Participants come from a range of backgrounds, including interface designers, user experience experts, information architects, software engineers, human factors specialists, information systems analysts, and social scientists.

This year's conference theme is 'digital, physical, interactive, human'. This theme highlights the diversity and relevance of Human-Computer Interaction in today's digitally rich world.

OzCHI is the annual non-profit conference for the Computer-Human Interaction Special Interest Group (CHISIG) of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia. OzCHI paper tracks are double blind peer-reviewed and are published in the ACM digital library.
