Dear Colleagues,

We are glad to invite you to participate in the 3rd International Workshop on Crowd Assisted Sensing, Pervasive Systems and Communications (CASPer 2016), which will be held on ** Monday (March 14th, 2016) ** in conjunction with the 14th IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communications (PerCom 2016). 

This year we are proud to present the keynote: Carrots and Sticks - Incentives that Make Mobile Crowdsensing Work, by Prof. Dr. Salil Kanhere (UNSW, Australia).  There will also be two sessions presenting recent developments in crowdsensing, and a lively panel discussion entitled: Ask Not Where the Buck Stops! Vision, Accountability, and Ownership in Crowdsensing.
