CALL FOR PAPER
---------------

You are cordially invited to participate in the second international
conference on Collaboration Technologies (CollabTech 2006), which will
be held in Tsukuba, Japan on July 13-14, 2006. This conference is
organized by the Special Interest Group of Groupware and Network
Services, Information Processing Society of Japan.

The first CollabTech conference in 2005 created a lively atmosphere.
It consisted of a single track of excellent papers from Asia, Europe,
and North America promoting considerable discussion and debate. By
selecting only the highest quality of papers and presenting innovative
research, CollabTech aims to be the major Asian forum for discussing
the cutting edge of novel collaborative technologies and stimulating
the further development of the CSCW community.

The scope will include all types of collaboration technologies. The
conference themes include but are not limited to the following topics:

 * CSCW systems architectures and applications
 * Collaboration technology in mobile, pervasive and ubiquitous
   computing
 * Interfaces for human-human interaction using various technologies
   including tangible user interfaces, augmented reality, and robotics
 * Shared virtual environments
 * Group decision support systems
 * Theories, tools, and methods for concurrent engineering
 * Developments and uses of Internet, Intranet and CSCW
 * Computer supported cooperative design
 * Single display groupware and tabletop interfaces
 * Design, assessments and evaluations of innovative collaborative
   technologies
 * Other related areas

Technical papers describing original, previously unpublished research,
not currently under review by another conference or journal, are
solicited. Authors are invited to submit papers containing previously
unpublished work. All submissions should be written in English and
clearly state the title, author and a contact address (e-mail and/or
postal mail). Submissions will be handled via conference web page in
PDF. Papers should be formatted according to the instructions and
should be no more than 6 A4 pages in length. The CollabTech
Proceedings Template in WORD is provided. For paper submission
