*Scent and Scensibility Workshop* will be held at ACM International
Conference on Intelligent User Interfaces 2012 on 14th of February in
Lisbon, Portugal! Get ready to submit your interest for participation to
[log in to unmask] by 7th of January 2012.

We would like to explore increasingly intimate relationships between human
and technology using smell. The goal of this workshop is to engage
researchers, designers and technologists to understand smells and explore
future use of smell in human interaction. We hope to explore smell as the
interaction medium to elicit affective perspectives on human computer
interaction. We propose to look at this ephemeral, transient medium –
smell. Its subjective, metaphoric nature will inspire new possibilities for
HCI community and defines a rich poetic relationship between human and
technology.

paper describing their background, research interests and relevance of
smell interactions to their own research or practice.
