*Call for papers:*

The workshop solicits quality papers to discuss research results and policy
frameworks including emerging technologies such as:

   - Regulatory and Policy issues for Spectrum sharing in 5G and affordable
   - Spectrum Sharing techniques (Licensed shared access (LSA), Cooperative
   Spectrum Access (CSA), Opportunistic Spectrum access (OSA),...).
   - Specifications and standards for white space devices, Experimental
   evidence and future developments of cognitive radios.
   - Television white spaces and TVWS Broadband Networks, Interfaces and
   traffic offloading to 5G: Experimental Network trials, performance,
   Interference mitigation.
   - White space spectrum databases (WSDB) design and regulatory
   considerations, WSDB as Co-existence tools, white space spectrum databases
   Regulatory issues for co-existence and regional co-ordination of DSA.
   - White space communications networks (WSCN) and DSA network
   technologies including co-existence with emerging LTE/5G mobile networks.
   LTE_unlicensed and Co-existence with TVWS and WiFi networks.

The paper length is limited to 5 pages and should follow the IEEE DySPAN
format requirements
