Hi all,

Enclosed below is the 4th Annual ACM Interactive Tabletops and
Surfaces Conference 2009 (ITS 2009) call for participation. The
conference will be held in Banff, Alberta, Canada on November 23-25,
2009 (http://www.its2009.org).

Interactive Tabletops and Surfaces (ITS) is a premier venue for
presenting research in the design and use of new and emerging tabletop
and interactive surface technologies. As a new community, we embrace
the growth of the discipline in a wide variety of areas, including
innovations in ITS hardware, software, interaction design, and studies
expanding our understanding of design considerations of ITS
technologies and of their applications in modern society. The
intimate size of this single-track symposium provides an ideal venue
for leading researchers and practitioners to exchange research results
and implementation experiences.

Based on the overwhelming success of the previous Tabletop/ITS
workshops, ITS 2009 is introducing some new forums, including invited
Tutorials and Interactive Posters. As well, there will be Keynotes by
Bill Buxton and Ken Perlin.

Banff is a wonderful place to visit. It is located in Banff National
Park which is situated in the Rocky Mountain Range of Alberta, Canada.
Banff National Park offers beautiful scenery and several world-famous
ski resorts.

Banff is easily accessible from the Calgary International Airport, a
hub for world-wide connections. Major airlines operating regular
flights to Calgary include: Air Canada, Westjet, American Airlines,
United Airlines, Continental Airlines, and Northwest Airlines.
Shuttles to Banff are the most affordable way to arrive at ITS 2009,
