IEEE DySPAN 2017 UPDATE
========================================
*IEEE DySPAN 2017*
6-9 March 2017
Baltimore, MD, USA
dyspan2017.ieee-dyspan.org

The deadline to register and book your hotel for IEEE DySPAN'17 is fast
approaching. Please, register by February 8th, 2017.

More information on registration and hotel reservation below.

- Conference registration http://dyspan2017.ieee-dyspan.org/registration
- Hotel reservation
http://dyspan2017.ieee-dyspan.org/content/hotel-reservation

We encourage you to make your hotel reservation at the Hyatt Regency
Baltimore Inner Harbor. Please be sure to make your reservations before the
cut off date to insure the lower group rate, subject to availability of
rooms at the time of reservation. The hotel registration deadline is
February 8, 2017, 23:59 EST. More information about hotel registration is
available here: http://dyspan2017.ieee-dyspan.org/content/hotel-reservation.
The IEEE Communications Society has a contractual obligation to fill a
guaranteed block of rooms at the hotel. Significant financial penalties
will be assessed should IEEE DySPAN'17 fall short of the expected number of
guest rooms reserved. By staying at the conference hotel, you will enjoy
the convenience of residing at the conference venue and, to a far greater
extent, provide valued assistance in support of IEEE ComSoc's financial
obligations.
