For those who have not heard, our colleague Nigel Bevan was killed in a hiking accident in Malaysia. Many of us first met Nigel as the CHI community began forming back in the 1980s. Recently Nigel was very active in improving the Usability aspects of international standards and was leading a revision of the software quality model in ISO/IEC 25010.
