The Computing Community Consortium sponsored by the National Science
Foundation is hosting three workshops on interactive technologies. These are
invitation-only working meetings to lay out research plans and funding
priorities for the following areas:
Ultra-large-scale Interaction - June 23-25, 2010 - Boston, MA
Organizer: Mark Ackerman - University of Michigan
Interactive System Architecture - August 11-13, 2010 - Jackson
Hole, WY
Organizer: Dan Olsen - Brigham Young University
Persuasive Experiences - Sept 16-18, 2010 - Burbank, CA
Organizer: Joe Marks - Disney Research
This is an invitation to researchers working in these areas to come and
participate in setting the research/funding agenda for the future of our
field. Some of the seats are specifically reserved for Ph.D. students who
are close to graduation. Attendance costs will be covered by the NSF through
the CCC and travel support is available.
