The second edition of the Dementia Lab event (titled ‘Stories from Design and Research’) will host 25 accepted contributions all sharing successes and failures in designing for and together with persons with dementia. The program offers demos, stories, paper presentations and workshops coming from design educators, researchers and design practitioners and offers plenty of opportunities for debate, reflection and networking.

This two-day event is organized by Dementia Lab Belgium (LUCA School of Arts, University of Leuven) and the Fachhochschule Dortmund and takes place on the 6th and the 7th of September in Dortmund. Thanks to the generous support of the German Robert Bosch Stiftung this event is free of charge. The number of attendees is however limited and some 10 spots are still open. Registering can be done until the 4th of August.

Registration for the event can be done at

More info on the program and the setup can be found at<>.
