CALL FOR PAPERS
We proudly announce the First International Conference on Collaboration
Technologies (CollabTech 2005) to be held in Tokyo, Japan on July 15-16,
2005. This conference is organized by the Special Interest Group of
Groupware and Network Services, Information Processing Society of Japan.
CollabTech is a single-track conference focusing on collaboration
technologies.
SCOPE
Technical papers describing original, previously unpublished research, not
currently under review by another conference or journal, are solicited.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- CSCW systems architectures and applications
- Interfaces for human-human interaction
- Group decision support systems
- Theories, tools and methods for concurrent engineering
- Internet, Intranet and CSCW
- Computer supported cooperative design
- Shared virtual environments
- Collaboration technology in pervasive/ubiquitous computing
- Other related areas
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION
Authors are invited to submit papers containing previously unpublished work.
All submissions should be written in English and clearly state the title,
author and a contact address (e-mail and/or postal mail). Submissions will
be handled via conference web page in PDF. Papers should be formatted
according to the instructions using the CollabTech Proceedings Template in
LaTeX or in WORD and should be no more than 6 A4 pages in length.
Submissions should be received by February 4, 2005.
IMPORTANT DATES
- February 4, 2005: Deadline for submitting paper
- April 1, 2005: Notification of acceptance
- May 1, 2005: Deadline for receipt of camera ready copies
- May 1, 2005: Deadline for early registration
- July 15-16, 2005: Conference in Tokyo, Japan
