OVERVIEW -------------------------------------------------------------------
The workshop focuses on how process models, methods and knowledge from 
the area of Human-Computer Interaction can be integrated and adopted to 
support and enhance traditional software engineering processes. The main 
goal is to provide HCI specialists and software engineers from industry 
and research institutions an opportunity to discuss both the 
state-of-the art and the cutting edge practices.

In its 5th edition this workshop will investigate the application of 
usability engineering methods that are adapted to fit the evaluation of 
advanced interfaces and how usability and user experience evaluation 
methods can be incorporated to support design decisions and changes in 
standard software development.

This workshop is organized by the IFIP working group 13.2 "Methodologies 
for User-Centered Systems Design".

This workshop is planned for one full day. Planned activities for this 
workshop include an invited talk, paper presentation and a round table.

SUBMISSIONS ---------------------------------------------------------------
Participants are invited to submit a position paper of 4 to 10 pages in 
the SPRINGER LNCS format available at 
http://interact2011.org/assets/files/SpringerLNCS-word%20format.zip

Papers should be submitted in the PDF format via EasyChair: 
https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pux2011

Contribution will be reviewed by an international committee. Selected 
papers will be published in the workshop proceedings with ISBN and in on 
the web site of CEUR Workshop proceedins series (http://CEUR-WS.org).
