Friday    2 June 2000 - Paper submission
Monday    3 July 2000 - Paper acceptance notification
Saturday  8 July 2000 - Panel proposals
Friday   28 July 2000 - Panel acceptance notification
Friday   28 July 2000 - Final paper submission

* Paper Submissions
Maximum 5 pages (including all tables, figures, and references) plus cover
page (containing paper title, author names & affiliation, postal & email
addresses, phone and fax numbers, name and email of contact author, and
abstract of about 200 words). Please submit papers electronically to
[log in to unmask] (alternatively [log in to unmask]). PDF and Word
formats are preferred (optionally zipped). Please follow IEEE Computer Society
Press guidelines, which are available at:
http://www.computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm

* Panel Discussions
Proposals (preferably with the details of proposed panelists) in specific
areas of advance learning technologies should be submitted to Panel Chair:

* Scholarships
A number of scholarships have been secured for participants (primarily students
and colleagues from low-income countries). The applicants must be presenting papers
at the event. Full details are available at the IWALT2000 website.
