CALL FOR POSTERS - Graphics Interface 2014
http://www.cs.mcgill.ca/~kry/gi2014/posters.html
2-page abstract deadline: March 14, 2014, 11:59 pm PST

Conference: May 7-9, 2014, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Graphics Keynote: Matthias Muller, NVIDIA
HCI Keynote: Elizabeth Churchill, eBay Research Labs
======================================================

Graphics Interface is the oldest continuously-scheduled
conference in the field, featuring high-quality research on
interactive systems, human-computer interaction, and
graphics, from around the world. GI 2014 will be held in
conjunction with the Computer and Robot Vision 2014 and
Artificial Intelligence 2014 conferences. Registration will
permit attendees to attend any keynote or talk in the three
conferences, which will be scheduled in parallel tracks. The
conference includes an awards banquet and a posters and
demos session.

The posters and demos session is an important part of the
Graphics Interface conference, as it allows discussion of early
or speculative research in development. The posters and
demos session schedule is typically coordinated with the
Computer and Robot Vision and Artificial Intelligence conferences,
permitting an excellent opportunity for discussion and interaction
with the attendees of all three conferences. We welcome
the submission of posters and demos in the areas of
human-computer interaction, computer graphics, and visualization.
Poster abstracts will be made available online before the conference
in the Advance Program.

Best poster winners will be selected for both the HCI and graphics
tracks, as voted on by conference attendees.
There will also be a short posters "fast-forward" session
providing poster authors the opportunity to briefly summarize
their work in front of a larger audience. Further details will
be provided to authors of accepted posters.

Poster abstracts of no longer than 2 pages in length can be
submitted at the Graphics Interface submission site:
https://precisionconference.com/~gi

Please use the Graphics Interface style for the abstract:
http://www.cs.mcgill.ca/~kry/gi2014/paperformat.html

You need only prepare the abstract for the submission deadline.
You can complete your poster once notified of its acceptance,
based on the submitted abstract.
