I am writing to alert you to grant opportunities available during the
2004-05 academic year through the Fulbright US Scholar program.  The
2004-05
competition includes an award in human centered computing, as described
below.

I hope that you will share this information with the membership of
SIGCHI
and other colleagues who may be interested and appropriate for this
award.

IRELAND
Copmuter Science - Human Centered Computing:  Department of Computer
Science
and Information Systems, University of Limerick. Teach graduate and
post-graduate courses in one or more of the following areas: adaptive
systems, human centered computing, language technology, software
development. Grantee will have opportunity to enhance and support the
ongoing research in human centered computing or software development
within
the department.  Specializations: adaptive systems, human centered
computing, language technology, software development. Additional
qualifications:  researcher with PhD and at least five years
post-doctoral
experience is required.  The Department has been successful in obtaining
grants from the European Union, private companies, Irish National
Funding
Agencies and, more recently, Science Foundation Ireland. The Department
seeks to enhance this success with a researcher to help build on the
current
research in the department and who would also be able to enhance the
curriculum through development and teaching in the area of human
centered
computing or software development. A letter of invitation from the
