mLife conference and exhibitions are prime events for all  
organizations and professionals who would like to monitor, take part
in and shape the development issues and impact of  the mobile  
technologies on society, public sector transformation and economies.   
They provide opportunities to businesses, public sector organizations  
and researchers to explore the frontiers of the social mobile  
revolution and be informed in order to reach their goals.
The Conference Committee is soliciting proposals for special sessions  
related to emerging and hot topics in mobile technologies and their  
relations to the individuals, society, organisations, welfare in  
general and on eGovernment / mGovernment, Mobile Society, Mobile  
Social and Economic Development (please refer to conference topics at  
the conference web site).

This is a great opportunity for potential organizers to take a lead  
in promoting emerging and significant topic and their expertise and  
for the community to be aware of emerging and important issues in  
Mobile Life. A psecal session is normally a collection of 4 or more  
papers (practice or research) delivered by the experts in the area of  
the special session. Only research papers will be reviewed by the  
conference review committee.

If you are interested in organizing a special session at this years  
conference, please send the conference secretariat (mlife AT  
mgovernment.org) a proposal with the following information - Max 2

All submitted proposals will be evaluated by the program chairs and  
accepted proposals will be given certain slots at the conference. The  
organizers of the special sessions will be expected to promote and  
solicit papers (research or practice) to their sessions. There must  
be at least four papers (research or practice)  to run a special  
session. The organizer will also be chairing the special session. The  
content of the special sessions will be published as a separate  
section in the conference proceedings. The chairs of the organized  
special session will be entitled to full free registration to  
conference, and a copy of the conference proceedings.

enhance public sector business by creating new opportunities to
provide services to society. mGovernment is now a recognized field of

progress in eGovernment.

The EURO mGOV 2008 aims to be a platform for presenting, exchanging
and disseminating the newest developments, ideas, applications and
services in the field of mGovernment among three essential
constituents: public and private sector professionals and the

The First International Conference on Mobile Society (mSociety 2008)
aims to be a platform for the presentation, exchange and dissemination
of the latest developments, ideas, applications and services involving
