Dear All,
The University of West London is currently offering several scholarships for MPhil/PhD projects. As part of this round of recruitment, the Centre for Internationalisation and Usability is expected to host a number of successful candidates working in related areas and topics such as:
- Cross-cultural Usability
- Sociotechnical aspects of Interaction Design
- Cultural aspects of Software Engineering
- Cultural aspects of CSCW
- Usability and Internationalisation
- CSCW for Social Capital and Entrepreneurship
- HCI Education
- Usability in Health Informatics
The scholarship will offer:
* MPhil/PhD fee waiver at the home/EU rate
* Tax-free stipend of £7,000 per annum
* Support, subject to satisfactory performance and academic progress for three years
Applications are invited from suitably qualified students with a minimum of 2:1 honours degree, to commence study in September 2012.
The Graduate Scholars will register as full-time MPhil/PhD students in one of the strategic priority areas and will support teaching up to six hours a week (seminars, tutorials, marking and assisting in monitoring the academic progress of students).
